MW4 DMZ Map: Hajin POIs & Grid Lookup
Last verified · Game build: launch
Hajin has 13 major POIs and more than 60 named locations, rated from Low to Extreme threat. Enter a grid like G6 to see the POIs and keys reported there. We don't use Activision's map art; grids come from key descriptions and our own checks.
Letters run west → east, numbers run north → south. Example: D7 = Imjin Farmland.

How the Hajin grid works
The Tac-Map has a grid overlay: letters run west to east and numbers run north to south. Activision's example is D7, which covers Imjin Farmland. Every key's description includes a grid, which is how you find its door.
Activision has not published grid squares for the POIs, so ours show "TBA" until we check them in-game. Grids on fan-made maps are estimates; we don't copy them.
Threat levels
Every area has a threat level, shown under your compass as you enter it. From lowest to highest: Low, Medium, High, Critical, Extreme. Fighting raises it and brings stronger reinforcements; break contact and take cover to bring it down. Rival players are not counted, so a Low area can still be a trap.
The two Extreme areas are the underground bunker at Chang-san Air Base and the Netshin Tech Complex towers in The Grid.
Lowest-threat areas to start in
- Mirae General Hospital (Low)
- Songdo Wharf (Low)
- Cheongun Village, outside the casino (Low)
- Imjin Farmland, outside the rice mill (Low)
- Deadtown, outside the Re-Education Center (Low)
Minor locations
- Hajin River: the river's northern and southern branches run from the western mountains to the sea near the reactor and Songdo Wharf.
- Tong-il Village: a farming village on the river's northern delta, with a large statue of a former leader.
- Revolution Dam: an intact dam guarded by military police, just northwest of Tong-il Village.
- Pyonghwa Village: houses and fields west of the river, with a damaged pontoon bridge for vehicles.
- Imjin Suburb: a small farm workers' hamlet by the river and the railway.
- Mujin Pass: farmland on a main road between two forests, with the hospital to the north and the Array to the south.
- Daesong Ridge: a rural road lined with burned-out APCs, northeast of Imjin Farmland.
- Namjin Riverside: abandoned cars near a tunnel exit on Hajin's southern edge.

Hazards
- Haneul Nuclear Reactor: heavy radiation. Wear radiation gear and a gas mask. Activision suggests you may get in by water or through a tunnel from Compound Delta to the southwest.
- Dark interiors: the Heavenly Luck Casino and the underground NuriGO Mall have no power. Bring NVGs.
